WHO ARE WE?
SVLC is a non-profit organization
that provides a productive way for singles, ages 30's, 40's, and
50's, to meet and improve the world by providing a new resource
to community service organizations throughout Lake County and Northeast
Ohio. Projects are diverse and run the gamut from landscaping and
cleaning park trails to helping out at a hunger center.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Any individual who is single and wants
to volunteer and meet other single individuals.
HOW DO I JOIN?
To sign up, please go to the How
to Join... section of this website and fill out the form.
ARE THERE SOCIAL EVENTS?
Yes! There are social events planned
each month. We also occasionally have impromptu social activities.
WHO IS INVOLVED?
All members are involved. Members
volunteer for activites they wish to do. If a member wants to get
more involved, they can join various committees.
HOW IS INFORMATION DISTRIBUTED?
All information can be found on the
website. Updates are also sent out via email. Members are encouraged
to visit the website and check email frequently to obtain the latest
information. We also have a newsletter sent through the mail.
WHAT ABOUT A NEWSLETTER?
We have a monthly newsletter that
is sent out via snail-mail. It contains articles and announcements
about our events. It also has our monthly calendar. You can receive
the monthly newsletter for the low cost of $8.00 per year. Send

ARE THERE ANY FEES OR COSTS?
The price is right! It's FREE -- there
are no annual dues.
